Lance Friedman, CEO, is the founder and principal of Blackstone Capital Advisors, Inc. and Cobra Alternative Capital Strategies LLC, both international corporate and capital markets advisory firms. He is a founding member of Aspire BioPharma Inc., a biotechnology firm based in Puerto Rico.
Joseph Clemente, CFO has over 20 years of executive leadership experience at companies such as BirdieBox, Cumulus Media, and Neptune Retail Solutions, where he was successful aligning financial stewardship with business goals.
Barbara Sher, COO and President brings over 20 years of experience in senior executive roles at both large and small public and private companies, including Greenlane, Newfold Digital, and Web.com. Barbara received her MBA from Seton Hall University.
Kevin Lee Smith, Chief Clinical Officer has senior clinical and quality executive leadership experience with MinuteClinic and Zipnosis. He has been an active primary care nurse practitioner and served as faculty at the University of Minnesota.
​Gary Barnard, MD, Director of Education has been in the private practice of Family & Internal Medicine since 1999. He focuses on treating all aspects of an individual’s health, emphasizing the importance of a healthy body and mind.
Barb Brynstad, VP of Marketing, has decades of experience in healthcare and technology marketing communications. She is a proven executive with a track record of results in building brands through digital marketing.
