Lance Friedman, CEO, is the founder and principal of Blackstone Capital Advisors, Inc. and Cobra Alternative Capital Strategies LLC, both international corporate and capital markets advisory firms. He is a founding member of Aspire BioPharma Inc., a biotechnology firm based in Puerto Rico.
Barbara Sher, COO and President brings over 20 years of experience in senior executive roles at both large and small public and private companies, including Greenlane, Newfold Digital, and Web.com. Barbara received her MBA from Seton Hall University.
Joseph Clemente, CFO has over 20 years of executive leadership experience at companies such as BirdieBox, Cumulus Media, and Neptune Retail Solutions, where he was successful aligning financial stewardship with business goals.
