My Care Philosophy
I believe in a supportive, collaborative relationship with my clients to fully understand how health impacts them. I believe in educating and empowering clients to help them live their healthiest, happiest lives. I believe in health at every size, and that mental health is health.
Clinical interests:
Mental health, sexual health, women’s health, contraception management, menopause and perimenopause, weight management, chronic disease management, and health promotion. I have a background in oncology and also work with clients who have a history of cancer to ensure proper follow-up and screenings that may be necessary after cancer treatment.
