My Care Philosophy

Clients can expect that I will take the time to listen to their health concerns with empathy. Together, we will come up with a treatment plan that works for them wherever they are on their health journey. I aim to empower and support clients with their health decisions. I am certified in lifestyle medicine and embrace a treatment plan that includes diet, exercise, restorative sleep, stress management, positive social connection, and avoidance of risky substances. My professional experience is in primary care, worksite health, convenience care, rheumatology, and cardiology.
