The primary care medical clinic based out of Minneapolis known as The Good Clinic just signed a lease to occupy 4,300 square feet on the ground floor of the Radiant luxury building.
The Radiant was completed in 2019 and features 329 apartment units while being conveniently located directly in front of the light-rail.
The Good Clinic plans to occupy the 4,300 square foot space at the Northern section of the building along 22nd Street. According to their website, the Good Clinic provides primary care, preventative care, behavioral wellness, chronic disease management, skincare, wellness planning and virtual care.
The Good Clinic’s mission is to change the way health and wellness happens. With a more personal approach to primary care, The Good Clinic is committed to delivering a unique balance of expertise and empathy from a tech-forward, relationship-driven approach.
With three offices in Minneapolis, this will be The Good Clinic’s first Denver practice. A representative from the company stated to expect a December 2021 grand opening.
